Fixing of Mechanical and Chemical anchors of Hilti or Fischer make from 10mm to 30mm sizes as per company specifications using all tools tackles etc complete.
Ex: factory extensions or loaded trusses in commercial establishments particularly any extensions which involve RCC TO Structural steel load transfers and Machinery foundation bolting where provisions have not been made.

DOWEL FIXING
Fixing of steel dowels for sizes 8mm to 32mm using Hilti or Fischer grouts as per company specifications. Extensions in RCC structures where provisions have not been made or connections from old to new new RCC extensions from old RCC structures
Ex: Beam-to-beam, column to beam and columns from existing stub columns.
Advantages: Practically fast and hassle free jobs no breaking or damage to old structure.
CORE CUTTING
Vibration free cores in RCC members viz, beams, slab & columns from sizes 32mm to 250mm
Ex: Hole drillings in RCC members for Plumbing, Fire fighting And AC Piping. gas pipe vents etc.
Advantages: No damage to existing structure, vibration free drilling and diamond tip cutting of RCC steel up to 25mm thickness.
RCC CUTTINGS AND DEMOLITIONS
1) Vibration free RCC slab cutting using diamond-cutting machines from thickness 100mm to 450mm.
2) Also breaking using lightweight demolition hammers with controlled vibrations and noise but speedy demolitions
Ex: RCC Cut outs in slabs for Reactor vessels, Pressure vessels, plumbing and electrical racks in factory establishments. RCC cut outs for staircases of all residential and commercial structures. Demolition of structures without damaging existing structures or controlled demolitions. Hand held machines for thickness up to 125mm. Remove Damaged/Spalled RCC surface upto sound substrate treat corroded reinforcement if any using rust passivator and restore the area using PMM (Polymer Modified Mortar), RMC (Ready Mix Concrete) as required to finish surface.
